Our contracting process may seem a bit different than that of others. We prefer to meet face to face with our customers during every step of the contracting process. Owner Mark Cortez prepares every new estimate and meets with the homeowners himself. He will provide a detailed contract, explain all projected work, help with decision making and provide a product information package with warranty details and product samples.
